The next meeting of the board for the South Whidbey Parks & Recreation District has been rescheduled for 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23.

Agenda items include public comment on the compensation plan; a review of the maintenance building project, a review of the master plan, comp plan and Trustland Trails Plan, and the district’s maintenance-and-operations levy.

The meeting is at park district headquarters, 5475 Maxwelton Road in Langley.
