WICA plans Tech Camp

Whidbey Island Center for the Arts announced its summer camp, Tech Camp, will run July 8-12.

This conservatory level course is supported by WICA’s strong technical theatre department and introduces students to all aspects of stagecraft from set design, construction and painting to lighting, sound and special effects.

The Tech Camp instructor is WICA’s technical director, Tyler Raymond.

WICA is located at 565 Camano Ave, Langley.

The camp is 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Friday July 8 – 12. Cost is $150. Register at wicaonline.org or call 360-221-8262.
