“A woman whose Lone Lake Road home was burglarized on Monday said the only thing she and her husband want back is their dog.The woman, who wants to remain anonymous lest the burglars return, said she discovered that her home had been burglarized Monday afternoon. She found the front door kicked in and almost every room in the house ransacked. Missing were a number of valuables, including a .38 caliber pistol and her black Labrador retriever.The lab, whose name is Tug, was one of four dogs at home at the time of the burglary. The woman said the other three dogs were still in the house when she discovered the burglary, but Tug was nowhere to be found. She said the 110-pound, 30-inch-high animal may have run off during the burglary, startled by the violent entry. She said she hopes the burglars did not kidnap Tug.I can’t think that they’d take him, she said. We just want our dog back.The woman and her husband are offering a cash reward for Tug’s return or information leading to his return. All six burglaries are under investigation by the Island County Sheriff’s Office and the Langley Police Department. “
