Dad was born on Oct. 10, 1935, in Abbotsford B.C. and passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 3 at Dilke Memorial Hospital, U.K.

For 31 years, he was the husband of his beloved wife Beckie. He is the dearly beloved father of Alan (Natalia da Costa), Mitch (deceased), Gower, Annaleigh, Jamie, Rachael and Gabriel.

He was the loving grandfather of Channing, Patrick and Ashley and was the great-grandfather of Kylie, Kolten and Gracie.

Dad was in the RCAF during the 1950s and flew U.N. missions in Egypt. After leaving the Air Force, Dad flew jumbo jets with airlines all around the world.

His stories would entertain us endlessly. Dad was a gentlemen whose sense of humour was admired by all. He had a passion and talent for aviation art and had his own website to display his works.

The family wishes to thank the staff of the palliative care unit of the Dilke Memorial Hospital for the wonderful care that they provided. A private service will take place in the U.K.
