Gary Lynn Putney, 67, passed away Nov. 13 at his home in Langley.

Services for Mr. Putney will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Island County Chapter of Back Country Horseman, 5203 Mutiny Bay Road, Freeland, WA 98249.
