Joy Olene Filibeck of Clinton was born Dec. 15, 1932 and raised in Snohomish, Wash. She passed away Nov. 21, seven years to the day her beloved husband, Cliff, passed on.

Joy and Cliff were well-known in the Everett area as the owners of Filibeck’s Chuck Wagon Inn Restaurant.

She had a great love for Frank Sinatra’s music and celebrating Christmas with her family. She is survived by her three daughters Carmel (Roy) Wakeman, Julie Fulton and Lisa (Greg) Vaughn.

She also leaves behind her brother Tom Lorenson and sister Jennette; her grandsons Johnathan, Steven and Michael of whom she was most proud; and her many friends at the South Whidbey Eagles FOE #3418.
