William “Bill” Terence Roach, known to his family as Terry, passed away peacefully at home in Vacaville, California, on May 8, 2013.

Bill was born on August 7, 1938, in Santa Monica, to parents William Austen Roach and Ruth Wood Hill.  Bill and his wife Gail lived in El Cerrito, California from 1973-2000, at which time they moved to Coupeville, Whidbey Island, in Washington State, where they resided until 2011.

Bill spent his professional career at Bank of America and retired in 1998, after over 40 years as a systems analyst.

Bill is survived by his wife of 52 years, Gail Howland Roach, sons John Roach and Alan Roach (Alicia) and daughter Kelly Barry; grandchildren Robert Roach, Dominique Roach, Nickolas Roach, Bianca Roach, Samantha Roach, and Ryan Roach.
