Falcons take 6th in Snohomish tournament / Boys golf

The South Whidbey High School boys golf team began its season by placing sixth in the Where Do You Stand Invitational Tuesday, March 12, at the Snohomish Golf Club.

Arlington edged Snohomish 162-163 for first place; South Whidbey tallied 204 in the nine-hole, par-36 tournament.

Gabe Jacobson-Ross paced the Falcons with a 45.

Brent de Wolf shot 53, Soren Bratrude 58, Kellen Eager 58, Dane Saxton 60 and Brady Hezel 75.

South Whidbey faces Shorecrest at 3 p.m. Friday, March 15, at the Jackson Park Golf Club.
