South Whidbey clips King’s / Boys golf

The South Whidbey High School boys golf team closed out its home season with a 244-258 win over King’s Tuesday, April 23, at the Useless Bay Golf and Country Club.

Falcons Gabe Jacobson-Ross and Lewis Mattson each posted a 46, one stroke behind medalist Grayson Giboney from King’s.

Brent de Wolfe shot 48, Dane Saxton 49, Max Rodriguez 55 and Brady Hezel 63.

South Whidbey travels to the Blue Boy Golf Course to face Sultan at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 25, in the final North Sound Conference match.
