Sportsman’s Association announces upcoming shooting training classes

The Central Whidbey Sportsman’s Association has announced its upcoming shooter training and safety classes.

Four hunter education classes, consisting of four sessions, will be held Aug. 3–6, Aug. 24–27, Sept. 7–10 and Sept. 21–24.

A youth firearms safety class will be held Aug. 13. Registration is not required for this class and it is free. For details, call Rod Mourant at 360-632-0756.

A woman’s firearms safety class will be held Oct. 8. Registration is not required for this class and it is free. For more information, call Mourant.

As the dates for these classes get nearer, further details will be released.

All sessions will be held at the CWSA clubhouse and range, located 2.5 miles south of Coupeville on Safari Street, which is just south of Highway 20 and Morris Road and just north of the Outlying Field.
