Pizza purchases lead to forgery charges

At least according to a report from the Island County Sheriff’s Department.The 20-year-old Langley man was recently charged with 15 counts of forgery for allegedly stealing his mother’s checkbook and forging checks to buy food and other items from a variety of South Whidbey businesses.Freyling pleaded not guilty to the charges March 30.
