Donald L. Jensen

Donald L. Jensen died Friday, Jan. 26, 2007, at Careage Nursing Home in Coupeville, losing his battle with cancer.
He was born on Aug. 20, 1927 in Everett, the son of Marian and Otto Jensen. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Mark.
Donald worked as a chief estimator for Western Gear Corp. for 30 years. He and his wife, Augustina, moved to Whidbey Island in June of 1977. Upon retirement they enjoyed many years traveling, boating and fishing.
Other than his wife, survivors include a daughter, Kathy Williams of Fort Worth, Texas; a sister, Charlotte Corrigan of San Francisco, Calif.; stepchildren Mike and Linda McKinney of Everett; and Mark and Christine McKinney of Redmond, with their sons Isaiah and Caleb.
His family and many friends will miss him. Cremation was handled under the direction of Visser Funeral Home, Langley, and at his request, there will be no service.
