LETTER TO THE EDITOR: High oil prices means less aid

To the editor:

Can you ask the big wigs: How can we afford the cost of fuel? We can’t work. If we can’t work we can’t pay foreign aid.

We had better cut our foreign and reconstruction aid until we get the fuel problem corrected back to $30 a barrel of crude.
