VIDEO: Everybody’s Welcome Parade sails into Langley

The Old Time Aqua Chautauqua marching band led a motley crew of circus performers through the streets of Whidbey Island’s village by the sea last week. The Everybody’s Welcome Parade was the celebratory kick-off to the Aqua Chautauqua Fest that provided circus and nautical workshops, a community potluck and a performance at the Island County Fairgrounds.
