Willard Lou Overturf, 89, passed away, Oct. 9, 2008 in Kirkland.
He was born in Northport and was a resident of the Seattle area for most of his life, and wintered in Phoenix.
He was a former 25-year resident of Whidbey.
Willie was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Mae of 53 years; brother Don; and sister, Arleyne Witt. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Good; sister Lila Van Pelt; brother, Clancy; two daughters, Marilyne (Arv) Cunnington, Karen (Jerry) Lindhorst; son, Doug (Judee) Overturf; stepchildren, Stephany (Mike) Siitari, YaChelle Good, Gweneth (Steve) Oberlin; Samuel (Kiersten) Good; and grandchildren, Todd (Cristin) Cunnington, Shellee Cunnington, Tim Cunnington, Griff (Shelley) Overturf, and Alison (Joe) Donsky; and nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is planned later this month.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Wandering Creek Memorial Fund.
