Family welcomes new arrival

Matthew and Andrea Wallace, South Whidbey High School class of 1993, announce the birth of their daughter, Emelia Grace, on Jan. 29, 2009, in Chehalis.
Emelia is welcomed by her big brothers, Dominique, Alex and Ian, and big sister Caitlin; her maternal grandparents, Bryant and Pam Mercil of Langley; and paternal great-grandfather Duanne Clawson of Gresham, Ore.
