LETTER TO THE EDITOR | Carefully consider tax measure

To the editor:

This letter is to attest to the fact that students from the South Whidbey School District benefit greatly from the services of Island County Transit for travel to school, activities, athletics and programs.

Without these services, many of our students would not have this kind of access or be able to benefit from these programs. I encourage Island County voters to carefully consider the tax measure being presented to the voters on Aug. 18.
