To the editor:

Thanksgiving thanks.

We wish to thank all the following stores for their contribution of turkeys to the Soup Kitchen at Langley CMA Church:  Payless (Freeland); Red Apple (Clinton); Red Apple (Coupeville); Food Mart (Clinton); Safeway (Oak Harbor); Albertsons (Oak Harbor); and Fred Meyer (Mukilteo). Also, the American Legion donated a pan of sliced ham.

We had a good turnout. Thanks again, very much appreciated!
