Auburn boots in pair of goals over Tigers

Bryce Auburn scored two goals in a shutout victory against Granite Falls.

South Whidbey’s boys soccer team (9-5-0 Cascade Conference; 9-5-2 overall) secured its final regular season game on assists by seniors Stephen Lyons and Sam Turpin. Andrew Holt kept the Tigers at bay as the Falcons’ keeper.

South Whidbey hosts Blaine at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the first round of the 1A District 1 playoffs.
