South Whidbey Little League’s top majors division team had a shot at the Andrade Tournament title.

The Cubs beat Burlington Splash n Dash 7-4 on June 5 in Oak Harbor. In the District 11 tournament, South Whidbey advanced to the title game.

As part of the Little League season, the district pulled its best majors division from each league to play in the tournament. The Little League All-Star season begins at the end of June for the 9-10 year olds and in early July for the 11-12 year olds or “Majors.”
