Editor,

Is it by chance the first day of April, as in April Fools Day? You would think so, what with those folks who call themselves commissioners of Island Transit selecting as interim director someone with Kenneth Graska’s background. There must be a way to reclaim control of a bureaucracy run amok. Any ideas?
