After marching in Langley’s Holly Jolly Parade on Dec. 5, more than 50 South Whidbey Girl Scouts gathered at Langley Middle School to prepare soup kits for Good Cheer.

Girl Scouts, ages 5 through 18, worked together to assemble 225 kits that were donated to spread the holiday cheer.

Soup provisions were purchased using cash donations from the Girls Scouts’ Food Drive for Good Cheer on Nov. 8.

The Girls Scouts thank all those who gave generously to the drive.
