He sold his business to his son-in-law, Sundown Bova.Glen continued in furnace repair and installation until retirement, truly enjoying serving his customers.
Glen was preceded in death by his parents, older brother Jim and Susan’s partner Brad Ambrose. He is survived by his brother Bob (Cindy) of Cottage Grove, Ore. Glen is also survived by his wife MaryAnn of the family home and three children: Lisa Bova (Sundown), Clinton; Susan Sanders, Clinton; and Nathan (Chandy), Bothell, Wash. Glen was very proud of his grandchildren, Hunter Joseph Bova, Ryder Wayne Ambrose and Andrew Glen Davis.
Glen was an active member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, serving in various positions. He liked the outdoors, fishing in Canada, hunting in Montana, bowling, golfing and cooking.
A memorial service for Glen will be held at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Clinton, on Oct. 6 at 11 a.m., officiated by Rev. Mikkel Hustad. Memorials can be made to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church or Helping Hand of South Whidbey for winter heating assistance in Glen’s honor. The family would like to thank Simone (Res Care) for her services and Beth of Senior Support Services.
