Letter: Trump will turn into dictator if not impeached

Editor,

Given the facts of the impeachment inquiry, it is appalling to me that the Republicans refuse to in any way push back against Mr. Trump. If he is not impeached and removed, he will definitely take it as carte blanche to become a dictator.

For all intents and purposes, a Senate acquittal will eliminate the need for a legislative or judicial body.
