Temperatures soared into the 80s this past week on Whidbey Island, according to local weather station data. Kids flocked to Double Bluff Beach in Freeland on Wednesday afternoon to enjoy the warm weather. At low tide, a myriad of small jellyfish lined the shores of the beach.
