Work by local artist displayed at Oak Harbor Library during July

Ruth Mattson is the Oak Harbor Library’s featured artist for July.
Mattson’s art reflects her passion for trees and other natural features. She paints in bright colors using paints with oils, acrylics and watercolors.
The library is located at 1000 S.E. Regatta Drive.
