Scott was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa on November 16, 1950 and he died on December 27, 2025 in Clinton, Washington.

Scott lived in the State of Washington since his family moved here when he was 5 years old.

Scott is survived by his wife, Candy of 50 years, daughter Shannon (Randy), his sister Ronda and Jack his brother-in-law (Sharon).

Funeral services will be held out of state.
