LETTER TO THE EDITOR | Let’s learn from others

To the editor:

It is a curious fact that the Japanese “over-utilize” medical services and still their costs are almost half of ours. Their insurance companies are nonprofit. Think of that.

When will the American people finally wake up and recognize that we don’t have the best medical care system in the world, and that we could learn a lot from countries such as Japan. It will be the dawn of a new age in America, and one that we will all cherish.
