To the editor:

I just wanted to publicly thank Ron and Pam Lind for all they did for the city of Langley.

It was my pleasure to watch them move here, build a lovely building, create a business and raise their two children.

Besides all that, they were very active and giving in the community, serving on lots of boards and committees, helping Langley to become an exciting little town.

Langley’s loss is definitely Freeland’s gain, but I certainly understand that sometimes change is necessary. We will miss you a lot here in Langley, but wish you nothing but the best in your new location.
