To the editor:

The Eagles Club, along with volunteers from Readiness to Learn, came together for my brother, Mike Gibbons, for a wonderful benefit on his behalf.

So many volunteers participated in the planning, organizing and cost of the event to raise money for him due to a recent illness. The event was packed with friends, family and well-wishers for his recovery.

The heartfelt thanks we feel is difficult to express, but was a huge reminder of what happens when the community comes together. Mike and I want to thank you so much.
