Shop local program gives Langley shoppers chance to win $1,000 spree

To encourage shoppers to patronize local stores, Langley Chamber of Commerce members are participating in the Holiday Cheer Giveaway.

Thanks to a donation of $1,000 from Whidbey Island Bank, shoppers will receive one white raffle ticket for every $20 spent in a participating store.

The more people spend in Langley stores, the better their chance to win.

The drawing for the $1,000 prize will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 21, at Boy and Dog Park in Langley.

You must be 18 years of age and present to win.
