Michael and Monica Watson of Freeland are thrilled to announce the birth of their daughter, Jocelyn Raedean Watson. Jocelyn was born Dec. 14, 2011 at Whidbey General Hospital in Coupeville. She weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces.
