To the editor:

Regarding the injury to the woman who was bitten while dog sitting, this was a clear result of a chained dog. A responsible dog lover would never do this.

If you can’t afford a fence, don’t get a dog. The chained pups will also turn out mean. Hopefully, there is a bill pending making it against the law to chain a dog. Clearly it is cruel.
