Elizabeth Dey Norman passed away on Aug. 6, 2006.

“Libby” was born in Everett on Dec. 16, 1947. She is survived by her loving husband, Larry D. Norman; her mother Margie; her auntie Libby; her brother Mike; sons Cass and Chad; and five grandchildren.

She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary for 33 years and a member of the Eagles Auxiliary.

She will be so missed by her friends on Whidbey Island and in Everett.
