Daniel Bradner

Daniel S. Bradner

If you think the wind is silent

And the lion roars no more

Be still and listen with your heart

As you stand upon the shore

Breathe deeply all the circling winds

And smell the roses bloom

Hear the distant harp notes play

Hear the silver moon

And as the morning stars do sing

The whippoorwill does fly

The truth comes like a reckoning

The lion cannot die

He lives in every breath we take

From deep within the core

And if you stop and close your eyes

You’ll hear the lion roar
