Jeff Leon Leslie, 50, of Langley, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at home with family after his battle with cancer.

Jeff was born Sept. 3, 1958 at Swedish Hospital in Seattle to Jack Leon and Janice Ruth (Baker) Leslie. Jeff spent most of his youth in the Lynnwood area.

Jeff married Sandra Eley on Sept. 13, 2003 in Langley.

Jeff enjoyed playing darts, and fishing with friends. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 141, in Langley. Jeff was proud of being a carpenter, and of his fine work.

Jeff is survived by his wife Sandy; his father Jack Leslie (Ellen); brother Jay Leslie (Theresita); sisters Jill Ford (Jeff) and Joyce Riley (Kelly); his stepsons Todd Eley (Amanda) and Stephen Eley (Sarah) and stepdaughter Nicole Sweet (Rowdy); nephews and nieces Jace, Jordan, Jaime, Misty, Raven and Jaren; and grandchildren Will, Parker, Lily, Katlin, Pfeifer, Levi and Abe.

Jeff was preceded in death by his mother Janice Leslie.

Jeff had many friends and was loved dearly. He will be missed immensely.
