Patrick Donohoe

Published October 19, 2005

On Wednesday Oct. 19, 2005 God called for his brightest spirit Patrick Joseph Donohoe to join him in Heaven. Thirty years young, he left in the arms of his love, Aradhana in Venice Beach, Calif., with enthusiasm for this his next journey.

His zest for life was contagious and will remain forever in hearts as our most joyful angel.

Living with AIDS for almost four years, he continued to live his life everyday to the fullest as if it was his last day on earth. This passion is shared with many people he has touched in his short life.

Patrick enjoyed traveling to Thailand, Australia, India, Fuji Islands, Costa Rica, Guatemala, New Mexico and Hawaii.

Patrick gained many trades after graduation such as plumbing, delivery driver of UPS, refining his talents as an artist, yoga instructor and massage therapist. MITT Leadership training was a major accomplishment in his life, along with his newest endeavor of being a marketing executive of Goji Juice.

Patrick was born on Aug. 11, 1975 in Seattle.

The family relocated from Kent to make their home in Freeland on Whidbey Island when Patrick was a young child.

He is survived by his loving parents William and Maryjane Donohoe; fiancé Aradhana Silvermoon; sister Christina Kitchens (husband Kenneth and children, Bryce & Tyler Kitchens); and brother Michael Donohoe (his wife, Katie and children, Maelcolm, Odessa and Kameron Donohoe); and spouses Kenneth Kitchens, Katie Donohoe.

A memorial mass will be held at Saint Hubert Catholic Church in Langley at 11 a.m., Dec. 3.

A celebration of Patrick’s life will follow mass and a reception at the adjoining hall.
