Falcons swat another conference opponent / Girls golf

Continuing to roll through the Cascade Conference, the South Whidbey High School girls golf team swamped King’s 89-39 Wednesday, April 25, at the Useless Bay Golf and Country Club.

The Falcons are now 3-0 against league foes, all one-sided wins.

Kolby Heggenes led the way with 26 Stableford points, followed by Emma Leggett (21), Alyssa Ludtke (17), Tori Schuller (17) and Olivia Varga (8).

Next up for South Whidbey is a trip to the Blue Heron Golf Course in Carnation for a 3 p.m. match on Thursday, April 26, with Cedarcrest.
