Joyce Elaine Beeksma, longtime Oak Harbor, Wash. resident, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, May 20, 2020. She was surrounded by her loving family.
A private family graveside will be held at Maple Leaf Cemetery. A memorial service may be planned for a later date, following the easing of COVID restrictions.
