At 12:46 a.m., an East Pioneer Way resident sent a very long text saying that “washed up friends” were at his door and that he was going to hurt them if law enforcement didn’t respond.
At 6:10 a.m., a resident reported that a man passed out at the pumps on Midway Boulevard.
At 11:22 a.m., a caller reported that a man who had been hanging out at the marina stole a lifejacket, swam out to a boat and got aboard.
At 9:19 p.m., a caller at a store on Highway 20 reported that a masked man stole all the cigarettes.
Sunday, April 30
At 3:22 a.m., an intoxicated caller reported that she ran away from a guy at a bar and had to hit him because he was hitting on her.
At 9:46 a.m., a resident reported that a transient woman was “going crazy” and dumping over garbage cans on Barrington Drive.
At 2:37 p.m., a caller reported that a man was yelling at a dog tied down in the bed of a truck on Highway 20.
At 4:56 p.m., an employee at a business on Highway 20 reported that a woman with tattoos on her legs stole an item.
At 5:05 p.m., a caller reported that a woman on Crosby Avenue was keeping dogs in cages.

At 10:52 a.m., an anonymous caller reported that “things” were happening in the city.
At 12:39 p.m., a caller reported that a woman was sleeping near the roadway on Beeksma Drive.
At 1:17 p.m., a caller reported an ongoing problem with a man with long, blond hair going around to different hotels and claiming that he’s a CIA spy who is meeting with moles.
At 1:59 p.m., a caller reported that a person in a hoodie was jumping into the roadway and throwing things at traffic on Pioneer Way.
At 2:33 p.m., a driver reported that he honked at a car that was “darting into the lane” and the other driver followed him and tried to run him off the road.
At 3:59 p.m., a caller reported that a homeless person was leaning over a “no camping sign” on Beeksma Drive.
At 4:23 p.m., the Navy asked the police to check the home of a bomb threat suspect to see if anything out of the ordinary was happening there.
At 8:35 p.m., an employee at a Highway 20 business reported that a transient woman threatened to shoot an employee.

At 7:04 a.m., a caller reported that a man harassed multiple women on Pioneer Way.
At 8:18 a.m., a Camella Loop resident reported that a hunting stand was stolen from a tree overnight.
At 10:28 a.m., a Southeast Fourth Avenue resident reported that someone stole a go-cart from a parking lot.
At 12:19 p.m., a resident reported that a homeless camp was being set up between two condos on Highway 20.
At 12:27 p.m., a Southeast Pioneer Way resident reported that a man “pleasures himself” every time she steps outside.
At 5:02 p.m., a bank on Pioneer Way reported that a man in the drive-thru tried to pass a “washed” check.

At 1:14 p.m., a caller reported that a Rolls Royce that was stolen 20 years ago was found in a storage unit.
