Sarah Aldrich, archivist with the Island County Historical Society, and Brian Grimm are working together to revive the “South Whidbey Back Roads” program that tells stories behind road names on South Whidbey. Aldrich said the hope is to start expanding the program to the rest of Whidbey and Camano islands within the next year.
