Seventeen-year-old Owen Roberson chills on a rock far out in the water off of Fort Casey State Park on Central Whidbey on Saturday. The weekend was unseasonably warm and sunny, but cool and wet weather returned this week with a vengeance. Temperatures with lows in the 40s and rain nearly every day in predicted.
