Holland Happening Grand Marshal Audrey Butler Henry Vanden Haak and other Dutch sweepers parade their klompen shoes in Downtown Oak Harbor. The cold, the rain and mild wind did not stop the festivities, which featured a professional wooden shoe carver, the annual Klompen Canal Race, delft tiles and numerous vendors.
