LETTER TO THE EDITOR | Island County suspect story had its place, value

I disagree with the letter from Elijah Moore about “Bank heist suspect looks for love from behind bars” being in bad taste. As with any other place in the world, South Whidbey Island has admirable people and bad, dangerous people. Sometimes foolish young people are attracted to the charisma of bad people and eventually become victims of domestic abuse. An article such as the one in question may dissuade some innocent and immature person from becoming a victim of domestic abuse.
