LETTERS TO THE EDITOR | Asking the anthropologist
Published 3:33 pm Friday, June 8, 2012
To the editor:
In response to Mary Kay Sandford’s, Ph.D. letter to the editor printed June 1, I ask: As an anthropologist, can you explain what specific training you have in water quality and septic and sewer systems that qualifies you to tout your academic credentials as an expert in this field?
Have you reviewed the existing protocols employed in water sampling for fecal coliform (or enterococci) in Holmes Harbor? Have you reviewed the recent evaluation by the county? Are you aware of the nature of the two septic system failures discovered in 2011? Have you researched the historical failures in commercial Freeland?
Would you care to discuss this in detail?
Are you alleging that Mr. Wolf stole Ms. Hunter’s identity and posted under her name? Can you document this?
Are you alleging that Ms. Hunter is incapable of writing a letter herself?
