At 2:15 p.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident reported that a man kept sending flowers to his wife.

At 11:05 a.m., a resident reported that someone was “existing” in a sleeping bag in the snow on South Beeksma Drive.

At 1:53 p.m., a caller reported that a garbage truck slid in the snow and hit a parked car on Leschi Drive.

At 11:49 p.m., a driver reported that a shivering person was lying in the snow on Southwest Barlow Street.
