Sunshine brings the crowds to Useless Bay

Warm temperatures and sunny skies brought the crowds to Double Bluff Beach Park on Monday. People walked dogs, sunbathed, built forts of driftwood and even went for swims in Useless Bay.

Warm temperatures and sunny skies brought the crowds to Double Bluff Beach Park on Monday. People walked dogs, sunbathed, built forts of driftwood and even went for swims in Useless Bay.

Some of those present included the Robertson family from Marysville; they have a family connection on the island and decided to come over and take advantage of the weather and the “great” beaches.
