Cecilia “Ceil”Ann (Taylor) Plebanek, Feb. 26, 1955 — Oct. 25, 2005, died peacefully on a Tuesday afternoon with a brother and a sister by her side.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Marion Taylor of Oak Harbor. She is survived by two sisters, Anita Meyring of Kingman, Ariz., Christina Thornton of Coupeville; and four brothers, Charles Taylor of Darlington, Western Australia, Michael Taylor of Fullerton, Calif., Vincent Taylor of Lake Stevens, and Matthew Taylor of Littleton, Colo.; 17 nieces of nephews also survive her.

Ceil was a lover of life and the people around her, and got the most out of her 50 short years. She will be missed by many, loved and cherished forever. God bless you, dear sister!

A memorial will be held at noon until 5 p.m. on Nov. 12 at 101 1810 Chestnut, Everett.
