Elizabeth Ann Williamson: Aug. 11, 1957 – May 28, 2018

Elizabeth Ann Williamson, or known by “Liz” to most, was acquired in the night peacefully by her Angels on May 28, 2018 of heart failure. She was born in Seattle on Aug. 11, 1957 and was 61 years old.

According to the Book of Common Prayer presented by St. Augustine’s in-the-Woods Episcopal Church in Freeland, Liz was buried on June 6, 2018 at the Woodman Cemetery in Langley, next to her twin brother, John L. Watson who passed in 2001. Liz is survived by her parents Joan Watson of Oak Harbor and John M. Watson of Clinton. She is also survived by her most loving and faithful husband, Brock Williamson. She also has twin sons, Jason and Forrest Helley (Norah, Quinn and Aedan Rose) and a stepson, Casey Williamson (Gavin and Logan Williamson). Liz raised Norah as her own since she was a baby. Liz is pictured above with her husband Brock, where early in their marriage (1985) they acquired property in Bayview overlooking a pond. Liz loved horses, her dog, George and reading a good romance novel. Liz became a machinist in life and was very proud of her training.

She was a ray of sunshine in all the lives she touched. When she entered a room you could feel her beams of light and joy. Liz was a great, loyal and understanding wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was there for everyone and was considered the “Mother Hen” to most. It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Liz; however, a celebration of her life will be held on a later date at the home of Brock Williamson at 5017 Bayview Road in Langley, where he will serve a salmon dinner. He can be reached at 360-321-3227. The dinner will be BYOB with potluck desserts requested by Brock. In lieu of flowers, please give generously to the M Bar C Ranch on top of Mutiny Bay, at 5264 Shore Meadow Road, Freeland, WA, 98249 in Elizabeth Ann Williamson’s name as she would love the kind gesture!
