Richard (Rick) G. Tunstall, 71, of Greenbank, died May 3, 2012, after a prolonged illness with cancer. Rick is survived by his son, Marc Tunstall, of Texas; his daughter, Kristine Gamil and her family of Khartoum, Sudan; his sister, Gail Parrish and her husband Dave, of Maui, Hawaii; and by his life partner, Terri Castellano, of Greenbank. Rick is preceded in death by his father, Don Tunstall; mother, Jean Grinnell Tunstall; and brother, Robert (Bob) Tunstall.

Rick was born July 19, 1940, in Yakima. He made his home on Whidbey Island where he loved boating, flying and riding his Segway. Those of you on Whidbey Island may remember Rick best from his previous daily walks, or Segway rides, at Greenbank Farm with his canine companion, the late Michie dog.
